Terms of Use
Effective September 14, 2026. These terms cover slamdunk.bet and the picks, projections, and data published by Slam Dunk Betting Services LLC (“Slam Dunk Bets”, “we”).
What we are, and aren’t
Slam Dunk Bets is an information and entertainment service. We publish sports betting projections, picks, and analysis. We are not a sportsbook, we do not accept or place wagers, and we never hold money on your behalf. Whether, where, and how much you bet is entirely your decision and your responsibility.
Eligibility and legality
You must be 21 or older, or the legal betting age in your jurisdiction if it’s higher, to use our picks. Sports betting is not legal everywhere. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws where you live and to use only licensed sportsbooks that are legal for you.
No guarantees
Our picks are probabilistic. We publish every graded bet precisely because individual plays lose often, sometimes for long stretches, and long-run results come from many small edges. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Nothing on this site is financial advice, and you should never bet money you can’t afford to lose.
Responsible gambling
If gambling stops being fun, help is free and confidential: call or text 1-800-GAMBLER, or visit the National Council on Problem Gambling. Most sportsbooks also offer deposit limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are sold and billed by Sharpduel or Whop under their terms. Prices, free trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through whichever platform you subscribed on; contact them first for billing questions. Access to the Discord server and the Slam Dunk Dashboard is for the subscriber only; sharing picks or account access with non-subscribers may result in cancellation.
Our content
Articles, charts, projections, and data on this site and in our subscription are ours. You may quote and link to them with attribution. You may not scrape, resell, or republish our picks or data without written permission.
Limitation of liability
We provide our content as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Slam Dunk Betting Services LLC is not liable for any losses, betting or otherwise, arising from your use of our picks, projections, data, or this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, where Slam Dunk Betting Services LLC is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can’t be settled informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
