Everything Slam Dunk Bets publishes starts as data: a projection for every player and market in every game, the price at every sportsbook every 30 minutes, and a graded record of every recommended bet. The picks are one view of that data. This page is about the rest of it.
What the data is
- Projections. A probability for every player, market and scoring method in every NBA and WNBA game, from the first basket models, and a home run probability for every batter plus a first-inning run probability for every MLB game, from a 20,000-simulation model. Refreshed every 30 minutes on game days.
- Odds history. The price at each of 9 to 13 sportsbooks and exchanges for every market we project, captured every 30 minutes from the morning until tipoff or first pitch. This is what the line-movement charts in the Dashboard draw.
- Edges and recommended units. Every alerted play with the projection, the book price, the edge and the Kelly-based unit size, as it posted.
- Graded results. Every recommended wager since the 2021-22 NBA season with its result, standardized units and net return. The season recaps and the FAQ are built from it.
- Event history. Who scored first, by what method, and who won the tipoff in every NBA and WNBA game, and first-inning runs in every MLB game. The public stats pages are the summary view.
What you can get today
- The Slam Dunk Dashboard, included with every subscription, shows all of the above for the current slate and the current season: every projection, every book’s price, line movement and the graded record.
- The stats pages publish team- and player-level first basket history and NRFI rates for anyone, free.

What is coming
We are building direct access for people who want the numbers rather than the alerts: subscriber data exports, a projections feed that tools and spreadsheets can read, and historical odds and results files for researchers. Pricing and formats are not set. If you want to be first in line, or you want a format we have not thought of, tell us what would help you most; the requests we get shape what we build first.
Do you sell your projections as a data feed?
Not yet as a self-serve product. The projections are in the Dashboard for subscribers today, and custom data pulls are available for partners by email. A subscriber feed is on the roadmap.
Can I get historical odds or results data?
Yes, by arrangement. We hold every price we captured and every graded wager since 2021-22. Email us with the scope and the use, and we will tell you what is available and what it costs.
Is any of the data free?
The stats pages are free and cover first basket history for every NBA and WNBA team and NRFI records for every MLB team. The season recaps in the Articles publish full results tables.
